United Court of Austin, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit LGBTQ+ charitable organization based in Austin, Texas. These terms govern your use of our public website, member portal, event registration, and related digital services.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You may not use this site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site, our servers, or any systems connected to this site.
Access to the member portal is restricted to current members of the United Court of Austin in good standing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@unitedcourtofaustin.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Event ticket purchases and membership dues are processed through Zeffy, a third-party payment platform. By completing a transaction, you agree to Zeffy's terms of service. United Court of Austin does not store payment card information on its servers.
All sales are generally final. Refund requests for event tickets should be directed to the event organizer via info@unitedcourtofaustin.org and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All content on this website — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the UCA seal — is the property of United Court of Austin, Inc. or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
By submitting content to this site (such as photos, program ad artwork, or music submissions), you grant United Court of Austin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with UCA activities and publications.
When you submit information through forms on this site (contact, music submissions, program ads, coronation protocol, etc.), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.
