The International Court System (ICS) is a network of LGBTQ+ charitable organizations
founded in San Francisco in 1965. Member courts across North America raise funds for local communities
through elaborate pageantry, drag performances, and fundraising events — all anchored in the tradition
of electing an Emperor and Empress to lead each annual reign.
