  • Please have your protocol typed to fit on 8½ × 11 page, 14" Arial font.
  • Only titles bestowed by Empress José I, QM Nicole, or by the Reigning Monarchs of Austin will be accepted.
  • No greeting or ball announcements.
  • Monikers allowed for Reigning Monarchs only.
  • No more than three last names.
  • One title, one walk per person. If you are part of two courts or organizations, choose one to walk with.
  • Protocol accepted via email or at Coronation XXXII up until .
  • Austin will be using Princess Protocol. Doors at 5:00pm. Dinner begins at 5:30pm. Coronation begins promptly at 6:15pm.
