Show Only Exhibitor

In of Town Show (Thursday): $ per 8’ table (limit of two table per vendor)

Out of Town Show (Friday): $1 per 8’ table (limit of two table per vendor)

Weekend Exhibitor

Pool Side Hospitality (all weekend): $ dollars for 8’ table (limit 1 per vendor), max vendors 3

Hotel Exhibitor Area (Friday): $ per 8’ table (limit of two table per vendor)

Hotel Exhibitor Area (Saturday): $ per 8’ table (limit two table per vendor)


Exhibitors will be provided the following:

  1. Access to the exhibitor area by 2PM on Thursday & Friday, August 9th and by 10 AM Saturday Aug 10th, at Holiday Inn Midtown
  2. One standard exhibitor table measuring approximately 3 x 8 feet each
  3. Access to at least one electrical outlet

Exhibitors will be required to:

  1. Submit all fees and a signed contract on or before August 7th, 2019
  2. Provide their own decorations/supplies for exhibitor tables
  3. Provide their own grounded electrical extension cord (if needed)
  4. Provide delivery of exhibitor equipment and supplies
  5. Exhibitor must remove all exhibitor equipment and supplies from the space by 3PM Sunday August 11, 2018.
